The houses are situated atop a cliff and surrounded by a beautiful pine forest. From this privileged location, you will be able to take in the island’s very best views. The homes are located in the prettiest part of northern Ibiza, just 17 kilometers from the capital and 5 minutes from the beaches of Benirras and San Miguel. Enjoy a tranquil, private, exclusive and protected environment with spectacular views of the sunsets from any room in the houses. You will love it!

3 double rooms + 1 Moroccan room/ chill-out area in the main house:
- 1 main bedroom (45m2) with double, colonial-style, canopied bed, very large dressing room with closets, private patio with spectacular sunset views and a huge bathroom with a large shower
- 2 double bedrooms (25m2 y 21m2). One with 2 beds of 1.90 x 1.05 and another with a double bed of 2x2m. Very spacious bathroom with a large shower shared between the 2 bedrooms, located in the hallway. Both bedrooms have impressive views of the sea from bed and a spacious closet in each room.

Bedroom with a special charm and Brazilian juniper roof. This room includes a small porch with a patio, great sea and sunset views and a large garden surrounded by pine and palm trees.
- 1 bedroom (30m2) with 2 beds of 1.90 x 1.05m, complete WC, independent shower and large bathtub, closet and Arab patio with a large palm tree in the center.

- Complete living room (55m2) with two 3m sofas, a large central table, TV, DVD, Canal +, sound system. Very spacious. Huge patio, everything with views of the sea, a 35m2 porch including outdoor dining area for 14 people. Fully equipped kitchen (14m2) with dishwasher, a large refrigerator, microwave and oven, all made of rustproof steel; also includes silverware for a minimum of 12 guests.

Conditions
30% of the payment (minimum 2,5000 euros) due at the moment of reservation; 100% of the payment due 4 weeks prior to arrival .
2,000 euro deposit: in cash upon delivery of keys or via bank transfer 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Included in the price: cleaning service upon leaving the house (normal conditions).
