Reservation Conditions
How to rent a house with us?
In order to confirm your reservation a deposit is necessary: 25% of the rent, minimum 2.500€. Non-refundable if cancelled less than 3 months before the first reserved day.
Reservations & Payment
- 30% of the total is due at the time of reservation, which is non-refundable if cancelled less than 4 months before the first reserved day
- Please attach a photocopy of the passport or ID card of the person responsible for the reservation contract
- 100% of
the total paid at least four weeks before arrival
Deposit
- It must be given in a week before arrival by bank transfer or in the moment the keys are given in cash
- A deposit of 2,000 euros will be returned once we confirm that the house is left in the same condition
- A 500€ deposit is necessary if you'd like to use the telephone

Information to include in the transfer: (Ibiza, dates, renter's name and number of rooms)
Cancellations
- Any cancellation will incur a minimum fee of 20% of the rent of the house
- Similarly, if the cancellation is made less than 4 months before the starting date of the rental, a loss of 100% of the rent will be incurred.
- In order to make any cancellation, you must send a registered letter with delivery confirmation to the address: C/ Alberto Aguilera 26, 2º piso, 28015 Madrid, or make the cancellation through any other via which includes a certificate of receipt of notification of the cancellation of the agreed contract.
